What can you say about this cross?
Is it a mid-early RK57 (60?s to early 70?s)?
No markings!
It?s a three piece
Paint on the core is only on the core...hmmm..excuse my english!

Its a "mid-period" piece, or to put in another way, an early example of the later style. Far superior to the crud they turned out towards the end, but not quite as nice as the real early stuff from the old tooling. The loop is almost certainly not original to the cross. That type of look which is doubled at both ends and with incuse relief silver mark is exactly the type used by Souval on postwar fakes, but the RK is a good Steinhauer 57.

i believe it was herr weitze who discovered these in russia
