This figure is titled "Lying Young Dachshund." It was made by the Porzellan Manufaktur Allach and was introduced in 1936 by Theodor Karner.
It is 3-5/8 in. high and 6-3/4 in. long.
Notice the very fine quality workmanship which makes the Allach Porcelain very collectable.

This is a porcelain bell 4-1/4 in. high and 4 in. diameter base. It has a raised German Eagle and the Brandenburg Gate image on the porcelain.
Along the base edge is stamped -11 Olympische + Spiele + Berlin (oak leaf, swastika and oak leaf) 1-16 August 1936 ( oak leaf, swastika and oak leaf) in raised lettering.
It is hard to take a picture of this bell because of the shine from the porcelain.

This is a Viet Minh cap and pith helmet badge. It is made of brass and is 1-3/16 in. diameter.
The Viet Minh were formed in China in May, 1941 by Ho Chi Minh. They fought the Japanese in WW II and the French in the First Indochina War.
In 1960, the NLF was founded by the main members of the Viet Minh and Viet Minh was absorbed as the NFL got stronger.

I would say it's a good one.
John,
Thank you for your reply. This is one of the reasons I decided to get out of collecting German items with so much reproduction out there. Some of the reproduced items is getting so good that someone just starting out can really get took.

Another aluminum badge 1-1/8 in. diameter with "victory" and Binh Gia on the front of the badge. There is a similiar badge on post # 34 for the 30 year anniversary of the battle. The bar above the badge has 11-04-1964 on it which I am unsure what it is for as the battle didn't start until Dec. 28,1964. Maybe preperation for the battle?

That comb is pretty grim. What does the inscription translate into?
Paul,
I'm not exactly sure bit I think it means "flower" or "the flower". I don't have a good dictionary on Vietnamese words.

This is a comb made of aluminum, 4-13/16 in. long, 1-1/8 in. high and 1/8 in. thick. Originals were reportedly made of aluminum from downed American aircraft. This one could be post war as it is quite well done.

This is a Central Committee of the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam 5 Dong paper note printed in 1963. On the obverse is women harvesting in the field and the reverse is a woman militia patrol. These notes were printed in China for use in territories under control of the National liberation Front. These notes were never issued as they were captured in a military operation by the U.S. and South Vietnam into Cambodia. There was a total of 8 different notes.
