This one showed up today - quite happy as it's my first RODO buckle....(now I just have to land a RODO SS! ) and it's in very good condition. Came with a late war belt that is also RBNr'd...but it's hard to see....Here are a few pics to share! Cheers! Rob
Here are my three 50mm buckles: Wurtemberg, Prussian and Bavarian.... Cheers! Rob ps...I have another 50mm Austrian buckle on the way - I'll post it when it arrives!
Hey dudes....thought I'd share a recent pick-up: a well worn Bavarian 50mm buckle. I had been after this one for some time so I'm happy to add this one to the collection - even given it's condition. Here are some pics guys! Rob
I'm still looking Ben....I was sure it was on WAF but it might have been another forum. I say that because I wouldn't have ever clued in that it would have been from that maker. I think the 40mm is from Overhoff..at least the prongs make it look that way. If I get any more info - like the link where I got this manufacturer from - I'll post it! Cheers! Rob
If I recall correctly - it was on WAF...I had no idea who the maker was and that maker seemed to get the nod. I will try to find the thread... Cheers! Rob
Can't find a pic of the back of that one! (????) Here's a shot of the two buckles together. You can see how the Gr??e buckle is reg. size and the other is just a wee bit smaller.
Cool buckle! Not often seen - let alone with the two solder points instead of the four pins. Great score! Looking forward to seeing the other goodies you have coming your way! Cheers! Rob
