....it is not a dark blue as a Kriegsmarine of TR era.....somewhat a grey-blue colour I would say.....the other colour is pink.....the inside can be seen in this pic...no writings there....

while I have no example myself since I am totally uncertain which is good or not,I do have wondered whether anybody knows a bit more about the organisation itself? Were these pins only issued after 1936 as that is the time the place Saarlautern became Saarlautern?

Ed,I agree on the importance of the correct labeling and thanks Rick for the processing of that If the ribbon does not cost an arm I would be glad to hear back from you after that show. Would be a tough nut to crack for me to find one here,I am pretty much surprised to have come across the medal itself.
