Hi,
interesting badge you have there! Saarlouis is absolutely no problem,Sirs! I was just corrected-Saarlouis and Saarlautern are both the same,Saarlautern is the Germanized name! And since this is of some relevance-this happened in 1936.

I have none of those badges ever handled, but when checking Huesken he shows two versions, a smaller one with supposedly a dot and a large version with the square(9432a).
Hope it helps....

Hi,
I have no idea on how complete Huesken is,but I would say if it isn?t in there, it is likely post-war.Lourdes is a religous location where Christian pilgrims gather.

Thanks for sharing the reverse!I agree with the mysteries! Mine is definetly made of a different material.I have no reverse pic right now,but on mine you can clearly see the different impacts left by the strikes of the numbers.Anyway,I am amazed what different kinds of id credentials were created.

Thanks for your efforts! The new one would do fine I?d say.Do you have an idea about the material of yours? As it now looks a bit different than mine.I believe mine to be brass made.

Thanks alot for sharing the picture! I am stunned by the fact you have one from the same region-small world it seems. That numbers indeed look like brothers. It is also interesting that the discs vary in design a little bit.Yours has the advantage that you know what job the former wearer performed

Hello gentlemen,
I would like to hear opinions on this id disc.I have no reason to believe it to be TR as there where Landespolizeibeh?rden pretty fast centralised by fatty G?ring. It bears some interesting characteristics whether it be fake or real.I do believe it to be real, however.

Thanks a1000nd times Rick! That is the man! I knew the guy was with various services, but had no order in that. I guess it were his skills that took him to the LW.
Thanks again!

Hello,
I am looking for info on one Mr."Paeschke,Wilhelm".In Oct. 1944 he held the rank of Major der Reserve and was ordered to Luftgaukommando XI.Now my problem with this guy is this:he was a scientist and may have been prior to the Luftgau XI with the Wehrmacht.I have no real idea where to start looking for the guy, maybe someone can be so kind as to take a glance at his info-pool and maybe finds something about him.
Regards
PS:
I have some cryptic notes on the backside of a doc.I assume he made these notes, maybe they are of help for you guys in the know with this research business.
Schirrmeister Armbruster

Hi Robert,
well now that I have wracked my brain, too, about the maker I noticed it might not even be FB,but a H with the F and B inside! My first guess was Funcke&Br?ninghaus now I switch to F.Hoffst?tter Bonn

Robert,
can it be your badge is not the one shown in HUESKEN,but a deviant version from the Saar? What does the lettering read?
