Super. Very rare first emission with VL letters. Its very difficult to find such item. But to this moment we dont have 100% guarantee that such pieces were awarded.

For sure its very difficult to answer. On my opinion not more than 250-500 pieces.

Good day. Very rare order, especially in original box and with original document and presentation book. I have the same book in complect of one women awarded with Rad Prace CSR emission.
Please can you post better scans of marking! It's Zukov or Karnet a Kisely?

The Silver Cross of the Order of St. Alexander, with surmounting swords (swords "am ring") was for acts of courage in peacetime. The last medal is the Spanish Silver Cross of the Order of Military Merit, so there was no enamel on these. It uses the arms of Spain that were in use from about 1871 through 1931 (along with the royal crown of the same period).
Interesting combination of awards with the notable absence of even an Iron Cross. Perhaps a minor diplomatic functionary in his early life and too old to be near the sound of the guns in 1914.
Thank you very much for this information about the ribbon bar. Really very interesting combination of awards.....
The Order of St. Alexander, with surmounting swords (swords "am ring") was awarded for merits (non real-combatant merits) in WAR TIME ......

On the normal medal & the table variant.
But why they are so different? On my opinion its strange to place absolutely different marks of one master to the medals that were made in one series of awards?!

Hello Gents,
Yes, indeed those strange markings are stylized initials of engraver(Teodor Krivak). Found this information in a literature(Boris Prister, "Odlikovanja socijalisticke Jugoslavije") about Yugoslavian orders and medals.
You mean strange markings on the Table medal or you mean strange marks on the normal medal on suspension?

Hello Mark,
I noticed that "mark" on every burma medal, although didnt figure out what it is...I guess its a "mistake" in minting.
Hi, but my name is Petr.....)))
The engraver of this medal was Teodor Krivak. I think this "mark" cant be his initials....because we can find them on the table variant of the medal!

Boy, you got me there, neither have I. Sure looks nice from the front side.
The motto is slightly different font and the screw disc has markings on it that might allude to a maker.
Were these made by more than one manufacturer? When did they stop making them?
Tim
I ask my bulgarian colegues. This is the second emission of the badge produced in 70-early 80-th......
