The change from screw back to ribboned types happened in the beginning of 50-th.

On my opinion during the communist period exists 5 different types of this order?..And 2 variants with swords and with out swords

During the years the award system of Bulgaria and the quality of awards changes a lot. In the beginning of Communist period orders were very good in quality, some of them were types with a screw back reverse (like Peoples Freedom order), than it was changed in new type, also good in quality with hot enameled, heavy metal and heavy suspensions. In the middle of 70-th new types appeared, not so good in producing quality ? not using screws, some times poor enameled, thin and light suspensions. In the beginning-middle of 80-th the Bulgarian awards, especially orders become terrible ? cold enameled, some time lack, terrible way of production, small suspensions. On my opinion the awards of this period is difficult to called official government awards. This situation was typical for all orders of communist Bolgaria.

Yes I have this book. Very interesting research of Bulgarian communist and some time tsarist badges, with interesting historical comments.

Good day. I think that the box from the lust showing order is not from this komplekt. Because the date of award is 1969 year and on box we can see so called "new coat" which was established only in 1971. Also on the booklet you can see "old coat".....

Also my opinion that the order is not from this complect too. For this year of award might be order of the 2-d type on ribbon, but with a screw on reverse.

As i know in Bulgarian award system the number of the award document doesnt mean the number of awarded order......Aspeccialy in the lust period when special award booklets were given to recepients. Some times in this book can mentioned not only one award.....

I think that conserning the state of awarding on the first place shell be the rank of the awarding man + the event on what he receive the order.......

What do you mean? What was the terms of awarding 1-st or 2-nd class?

My opinion, that the discussing award is non awarded item from the last period of communism in Chechoslovakia. I saw many orders of lust period and all of them were very bad in quality........

Good day, collegues. This order was instituted in 2 classes on 9 of september of 1945. It awarded to bulgarian and foreghn citizens for "participation in revolutionary fight for the bulgaria". Total amount of awarded items - 68 265. This item is 3-d type of award.
