I'd suggest we learn more about the way the system worked by seeing what was proposed and rejected that by seeing what was given out.

I think there's a lot we don't know yet, especially in terms of enforcement. I hope (HOPE!) the OMSA becomes a bit more active and aggressive on this, though it may be too late for that.
