If someone has another medal-bar with a mounted KVM, please post! Any idea why they are so rare on medal-bars?

I think there are about 100000000000000000000 single War Merit Medals 1939 around, but this is maybe the third big medal-bar in 5 years on which I see a mounted KVM 39.
-EKII with high detail stamped iron core, maker "R" (large ring) and a "g" at the small ring
-Sachsen Friedrich-August Medal in Silver (real silver)
-Hindenburg-Cross (maker R.V. Pforzheim 18)
-KVM 1939 made from bronze (no maker)

Good and logical theory. Thanks!

I think it is a Long Service Decoration from Hessen and not a Kriegsehrenzeichen or an Iron Halfmoon.

I still search the maker of these fine crosses. The pin looks a little bit like "K.A.G.":

I don't want to make you nervous, but can you post closeups of this cross. I have a bad feeling with it.
Btw. welcome to the forum!!!

@stogieman: I think 2284 Verdienstkreuze mit Schwertern have been awarded. The swords on my example are gold plated and the cross is made from one piece. Usually the medaillons are attached separately. Maybe a late war example.

Hi guys,
today I got the book "Hier spricht der Feind" from Ernst J?nger. On the first page after the cover I found this signature and the date 1931. It may sound strange, but for me the signature looks like "Ernst J?nger"...

A house and a street in Romagne sous le Cotes in 1916 and 2005. More then-and-now pics to come soon...

I know. Maybe someone replaced the FKK with it as a special memory or something...
