Beautiful badges Belaruski.
They are for the remembrance of the same event, Congress of Permeti, 24.05.1944. The silk cocarde is of 1964 (20 aniversary) and the aluminium badge is for the 40 anniversary, in 1984. The delegate has put them together just to not lose.
I post here a photo of 1969, with the cocarde of 25 years of Congress of Permeti.

Artan
Përmeti Congress: An antifascist national liberation congress held on May 24, 1944, in Përmeti (Përmet), Albania. The congress laid the basis for popular democratic rule and elected the Antifascist National Liberation Council of Albania, the supreme legislative and executive body of Albania. It also formed the Antifascist National Liberation Committee of Albania, which was vested with the functions of a provisional government.

Hi to all,
I find those pieces some days ago here in Albania.
I think those are military hat badges of the Tanzimat era, maybe 1840-1860. They have a D = 42 mm.
Can anyone help me to identify them?
Regards,
A.
Dear All,
Now I am discussing with myself.
Looking on the net, I find this jacket of the Ottoman Imperial Guard. In its collar, you can see an embroidered 12-pointed rosette. It is something similar with the second bronze rosete posted from me.

Dear Demir,
However, thank you for your interest.

It is a soldier hat M.75 produced about 1980. There were several military factories at that time, in Tirana, Pogradec, Saranda, etc.

Hi,
The production of the old type of uniform was stoped in 1993, because the uniform M.91 was the old type M75 to which were added the shoulder straps.

Buttons with the star have been replaced too ?
Hi Euronymous,
The old type buttons were replaced only on 1994.
Exist and other models and variants of buttons, but these are the principal types.

After the abolition of the ranks (1966), for the officials was very dangerous to keep in the wardrobe the old uniforms. Could be accused "for nostalgia". Some of them told me that they had destroyed all the old uniforms for this reason. This is the reason of the extreme difficulty to find albanian uniforms of pre-1966.

Dear Slavogorje,
I am afraid you are wrong. The uniform of comrade Enver's visit in Beograd, was with only a row of buttons. Look to the photo above. Instead mine is with two rows.

What about a post 1966 border troops cap?
After 1966 ( the year of ranks abolishing) there was no differences between different corps. They wear all the same uniforms and hats. Unique diference: the collar patches of M.66. This unique difference was abolished with the M.75 uniform, which unify all in red patches.

Dear Euronymous,
The cap badge M.91 was of two types. About 5 cm for officers and about 3 cm for soldiers.

Hello Euronymous,
Uniform M.75 for officers: Two types, with closed and opened collar. With and/or without belt. Hat of classic type for officers.
Uniform M.75 for NCO: Only with closed collar. Without belt. Hat type as for soldiers, but of different material.

I found this photo on Internet ...

Somebody can tell me if the men on the photo are officers or sub-officers ? Personally, I would say that they are sub-officers because they are wearing a closed collar jacket ...
Dear Euronymous,
They are two officers of Sigurimi (blue collar patches) in M.66 uniform, but around 1970. The M.66 uniform was only with the closed collar jacket. The opened jacked was reentered with the M.75 uniform.
There was no distinktion between officers and nc officers on the M.66 uniform.

I am not shure that I understand your question Artan. Are partisans on the picture Albanian partisans or Yugoslavian partisans ?
Hi Sasha,
They are albanian (not from Kosovo but from Albania). I know two of them.
Do you have problems with the first or with the second of my questions?

Artan

Hi Rex,
I see just now this beautiful piece. It is an M.37 belt for officers parade uniform. Was used from 1937 to 1939, and during the italian occupation only for the parade uniform of the Royal guard.
