    2. [attachmentid=27808][attachmentid=27809] Notice the diference in the obverse.
    3. Notice the difference in the red enamelling on the roofs of the houses.
    4. [attachmentid=27806][attachmentid=27807] Now here is my gold bordered piece. It is unmarked except for the pin attachment.
    5. Good evening gents, I attended a show this past weekend which I hardly ever do and there were two things that stuck-out in my mind. The first was the large number of enamel KdF membership badges with appropriate markings (all of a sudden so many examples?) and the large number of DSB membership badges with the red enamel background instead of the black. They all had the Aurich hallmark and a large circle on the reverse for the pin attachment. But, and this is a big but...they all ahd that narrow pin attachment similar to Hoffstatter/Bonn and the NSLB. Here are my 2 examples and what I was hoping to see was a red enamelled Aurich with the standard ges.gesch. pin attachment. Please post your examples. Thank you. Robert
    6. One final thought on this thread. Which non-compulsory organization had the largest membership?? You guessed it. NSF!!! Off to a new thread.

    12. I just heard from James Noble and his 27mm Frauenschaft has horizontal pin attachment as does my 27mm Frauensch. Although I am curious about the RZM stamp's positioning It is a keeper. Robert
    13. Nice stuff Pete. Post 217 has already been shown. Ugh Ugh by me. You have shown a few uncommon ones. I don't know about the UK but over here collectors go ga ga over anything with a zeppelin image on it. Maybe it's the proximity to Lakehurst, NJ site of the imfamous "crash and burn". Thanks for showing. Robert
    14. I will post away. Thanks for looking in and offering your expertise and advice. Right now I am waiting to hear from James who has a 27mm Frauenschaft to see if his pin attachment is vertical or horizontal. Don't forget your wives and girlfriends tonight. Robert
    15. Thank you Stephen for your expertise. It is always nice to hear imput either good or bad from someone else. Except for forums on the web and some reference materials, I pusue this hobby totally and completely solo. This is probably why I have a tendency to overpost here on this forum. This and another venueare the only chances I get to show my stuff. I did show my party badge collection to some "friends" this past summer. I haven't talked to them since. So thank you for complimenting my new piece and THANK YOU for allowing those interested to download your RZM guide. I use it constantly. Take Care. Robert
    16. [attachmentid=27238][attachmentid=27239]Kreistag Thuringen NSDAP 25.26.6.38. SA men preparing to battle communists. (At least according to Manion's Volume I page 31)
    17. [attachmentid=27236][attachmentid=27237]Curious late tinnie. Maker is Ziemer & Sohne Oberstein ad. N.
    18. [attachmentid=27234][attachmentid=27235] Here is the Type III as promised. No opinions on the NS Frauensch.? Robert
    19. [attachmentid=27116][attachmentid=27118] Gentlemen, Well, I think I should stick to tinnies and start collecting photos. I think it is still a lot "safer". Well, I just returned from a small show nearby with 2 ladies badges. One is an NS Frauensch. and the other a TypeIII Frauenschaft. I will scan the TypeIII later but take a look at the Frauensch. and objectively tell me what you think. I know 75 is Shickle and I beleive he used a rather fancy Z in his RZM stamp. At least that is what I see when I researced his badges. What I do not like about this badge is that it has a horizontal pin attachment. Take a look.....please be objective....it can allways go back. I was just a little overcome by impulsiveness because I don't see many of these for sale. I do see Stephen' badge right on this thread with a vertical pin attachment however. Thank you guys....Fire Away Robert
    20. What a nicely made badge. Willimerten is not a maker I have in my collection. I don't see it on the RZM maker list either. Perhaps an alliance with organized religion excluded them from party sanctioned badge making. Just a thought. Irregardless a beautiful badge and I would love to see a party badge with that red enamelling. Does any one have any other pieces by this maker. Thanks for showing this and have a good day. Robert
    21. [attachmentid=26512][attachmentid=26513]There really isn't a more appropriate time to show these. Manions has them listed in thier tinnie book so here they are. Forgive the pinkish tint on the smaller one. Under a loup it is white. Anyone know the signifigance of the larger one? Both are C. Poellath
