Hello, I got this ribbon bar belonging to Bernhard Kloth and would like to do more research on him but I dont know any of his personal information. All I have are pictures of Him and his ribbon bar. Also the pictures of him that I have reference serveral times a place called "Lutzki" and Lutzki 1944" I just ask for some help to get started researching or anything anyone here could find on him.
