In another thread I mentioned the Belgian WWI Decoration. This award exists in 5 classes :

- Cross 1st class (gold + enamel)

- Cross 2nd class (silver + enamel)

- Medal 1st class (gold)

- Medal 2nd class (silver)

- Medal 3rd class (bronze)
