KVK Without Swords Documents

Has anyone ever seen the small size documents for War Merit Crosses WITHOUT swords?

All I have ever seen are these large "F?hrer" issues.

Imposing eagles, but since they come with printed signatures and the embossed Chancery seal rather than that of the actual issuing authority, kind of all same old same old.

Amtsrat Drews had had a VERY exciting earlier war without ever getting anything wearable, thanks to the severe restrictions-- quotas, indeed, on civil awards during the war.
