Where to find: copies of British Medals for Valor

Hello folks,

I might be involved in a project to help a local museum to build displays related to major bravery medals of each country that fought during the WWII. The major focus is Air Force and I would like to know where I could find some nice copies of British Valor Medals (such as VC, DSO, DFC, MC and so on) as the originals are too expensive to afford at this moment.

Any tips are welcome.

Better dealers (Chris Dixon, Liverpool Medals) usually have "museum copies" (= pretty fakes). So, I guess, does eBay, but many of these look like "prizes" from boxes of Cracker Jacks.
