Red cross minis from WWI

Dear Gentlemen,

I purchased this one on ebay.de some weeks ago, but as the ribbons are missing I'm not sure if it's might be a put together.

What do you think: is this combination impossible, possible or likely? The Hungarian is NOT the non combatant version!

Sure! Absolutely possible that someone with war effort/ Red Cross awards had "Xs" from some frontline service.

What's Naughty (at this season especially) is the fairly common mistake of placing the Hungarian WW1 Commemorative Medal as if it was GERMAN.

Thanks Rick, I'll look to get a 4 place mini chain, as these buttons look rather strange without ribbons, don't they?

If it would not have matched I have had to split it up, but without problem as they did not even cost the price of singles on ebay.
