unknown seal

Hi!

Does anyone of you have seen a seal like this:

an sitting man like a king with crown, right of him at the surface sittingan lion and at at his left side an shield with a prussian eagle. In his right hand there is an scepter with an snake around it, and to the left side of the seal there are something like an palm, and to the right side like something like laurel.

I don't know why, bot I can't post an picture here, so there is only the discription above... The upload-function does not work!

Hi,

does anyone could give me some information about this seal I've found on an imperial german document? It was found on the upper left side of an "patent" signed by the emperor wilhelm 2nd.
