It is Third Reich. You have something very special, it is numbered ; it could be a workers badge of the See Flieger Horst Kommandatur 1935-1945 ( free translated; Sea Luftwaffe Location Staff ) on the island of R?gen in the north of Germany at the Ostsee. You know where they worked on the V 1 and 2 at Peenemunde another place on R?gen .

BUG = abbrevation of the German word Biegung means bend, curve. (of the island)

a = auf (the island of R?gen)
