Hello folks - I have no idea on this, but would welcome your opinion. It does not glow under black light but I know that good fakes are around that dont do that eitehr. Many thanks in advance!

This appears to be the so called Shrugging Eagle pattern.

Collectors go either way on these. Some think they are good and others bad. The general consensus that I have seen is that they are bad.

I personally am not convinced they are original either.

There is indeed some controversy on this type... But the concensus is that it's good IMO.
