Any ideas on this ribbon bar?

Received this in a lot from Germany. I suspect it is Romanian, but have no clue. It also bears a striking similarity to an Austrian style bar with the overlaps. Can you help ID this bar? Thanks!!

I am on the same way... it is the typical austrian navy style, overlapping ribbons and a reverse to sew on uniform. I have some bars like this from austria - but I am a bit confused with this ribbons on your bar, sorry but no idea of the awards...
