Tang Si, what era do you think these badges are from. I presume they're not Soviet made, but they are heavy brass and nice enamel. I have also seen later pin back versions.

I think this was used during 1960s-1970s. But I have no definate evidence whether they are made by USSR.

It ought to be the issue number. The Korean words on the reverse is read "CHEI ____ HAO", means the number. But I am sorry I think the number engraved is not official. Maybe after issued, the people who was awarded this one engrave the number by himself.
