It doesn't look like it's for a specific aircraft. "The aircraft mechanic's manual has been prepared to bring to the man in the shop, the man who makes the airplane, all the basic data which he needs each day." quote, from the preface of the book. The preface allso mentions the Grumman aircraft corporation. From the content list, it looks like it covers mostly aircraft part standardization, different metals and other materials.
