Organisational Badges NSDAP membership badges OK?

I found these two badges for sale and I was wondering if the were OK.

I went to the goldpartypin website and looked at the fakes etc. but was unable to come to a conclusion on this one...

Any help would be much appreciated...

ps. I'm guessing it's a fake because the swastika doesn;t touch the inner rim, but what to I know...

pps. I'm a complete novice in all things 3rd Reich so be gentle...
