Fire & Police Badges

I just got Paul Murphy's great book "In the Name of a Living God" and I thought I'd post a few of my badges that I bought a few years ago.

I managed to ID the one but i'm still unsure about the second... Any thoughts?

Also if anyone has any others please post them....

Imperial visit badge January 6, 1933.

The lettering on the front seems to differ slightly from the one in the book.

ps. I think the box matches 'cause the inscription matches the badge's reverse.... but my Japanese is rather bad so I'm not sure........ok very very bad!!!!

I haven't been able to find this one in the book so any thoughts would be most appreciated...
