EK 1939 EK II mm20 Zimmerman

This a recent purchase. The vendor says it is mm 20.The mark is hard to decipher but look like a couple of others that were discussed here. What are your opinions on this cross, Thanks

It looks like a good, original cross to me. I don't have a '20' marked EK2 that I can compare against, so I can't say if this is a '20' or not. Have you looked in the forums Iron Cross database?

HI,David. I read a couple of other threads in this section by people that had crosses with similar marks.But ,there was no consensus on those either.It is a nice cross with a lot of frosting on it and I didn't pay any more or less than I would have paid for a more common maker.If it is not a Zimmerman,I will still have a nice cross. Thanks P.S My membership privleges don't allow me to access the database.

IMHO It is similar to "123" cross design.There is original EK without doubt.
