RK kvk prices?

...just wonder what a good price would be on a Rk des kvk (with ribbon) in a very nice condition?

Any differences between with or without swords?

There seems to differ a lot between dealers and geographic areas.

Prices do vary widely. Without swords are rarer in terms of numbers awarded, but who know how many were actually made ? Those with Swords tend (erroneously) to be considered military and without Swords are civil and so less desirable for some people. Whether it is with case and ribbon would make a huge difference to price. Maker would also make a big difference to price. Deschler are common, other known makers - Zimmermann, Steinhauer and possibly Klein & Quenzer are very rare.

Even if you take the commonest one - a cased Deschler RK with Swords, you can find prices varying between Euro 4000 and 6000.

Deschler are heavily faked though, whereas I haven't seen fakes of Zimmermann or Steinhauer (yet !)
