It doesn't look like anything official from the current Federation... who has 190th Anniversary Medals?! :speechless1:

On the other hand, it is MUCH more detailed (and obviously expensive) than the usual souvenir pins...

something sold AT Borodino in 2002? Something that needs new dies every single year?
