Researchable Red Cross medal group?

I've got a medal groups that may be researchable,

the EK is a 3 piece with magnetic core,

maker marked A on the ring.

but from my point of view,

the jewel is the Stadt Weinheim 12 year service medal

engraved on the back

Scholz August

1922-1934

so does anyone have any ideas

on how to learn something about this man??

From the style of mounting, I'd say you have the group of a former enlisted man, who may well have been an ordinary volunteer without "rank."
