He was the Vice Chairman of the Revolutionary Command Council of Iraq. This particular playing card forms part of the "most-wanted" playing card set that was distributed by the Intelligence Agency of the USA in 2003.That is correct he is awarding Saddam with the Order of the Republic, I was told that he fled to Jordan and CIA is still looking for him.Lorenzo Edited October 1, 2008 by IMHF
