Guest Rick Research Posted September 21, 2005 Posted September 21, 2005 We are in the final days of many younger WW2 era folks now as well. I am afraid that we will soon pass the point where suddenly, too late, we realize that everyone left who personally remembers is gone. This happened with the WW1 folk, who slipped so quietly away that I remember being shocked when I realized that. Any of you YOUNG folks who are not the generation to be children of the WW2 generation-- NOW is the time for those detailed conversations, NOW is the time for those first hand memories. Do NOT wait. Time is an enemy which cannot be defeatedexcept by memoryRemember.
