The above medal is a Technical Education Foundation Professorship Order.

The translation is :

above: a verse from the Holy Qur'an which means that " the God rises the

believers and those who give knowledge many degrees".

Professorship Order

middle: 2001-1422 A.H.

Technical Education Foundation

below: a part of Saddam"s speech which means that "We have to take care of

having the science and knowledge".

The medal is Iraqi made. It is suspended from a neck ribbon.
