Austria-Hungary Austrian WW I documents?

I have these two documents, in my collection. I paid 20 norwegian kroner, or about 2,50 euro, at an antiques fair, about ten years ago. I was not very interrested in ww I, at the time, but that has changed, and I wonder if anyone can help me with some information, about these documents, and the units. I understand that one of the documents, is a travel document, and I believe that they are austrian.
