leigh kitchen Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 (edited) Harpers on Line, "Murphys Register" - the first 3 entries on this page refer to Captain A H Antrobus, the 4th to Captain C H Antrobus, again, it'll cost to get copies of the documents / photos:http://www.harpers-online.com/murphys/search.asp Edited May 13, 2008 by leigh kitchen
gumbirsingpun Posted May 13, 2008 Author Posted May 13, 2008 Leigh,THANKS ALOT FOR THE LINK!money is not a problem fer me so long as the information provided is reliable!!!
leigh kitchen Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 I should have mentioned - search on "Antrobus" & the first 4 entries are relevant - there are also entries re. an H Antrobus, whose unit is given as 6th Bn Camerons, so perhaps a atypo for C H Antrobus? If not then with a a name like that & a member of the same battalion may very well be a relative.
