irishbob Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 Hi,I am looking for more information on 303 enfields made by savage arms,I have one that is in great condition,with the "pig sticker" bayonnet,and can only find very general information on the rifle,it is also stamped"united states property" it is marked with the serial number 44C1050 and was made in 1943,all of the numbers match and the wood is what appears to be a beautiful walnut, with tiger striping,the wood stocks are also marked with a small "S" so I am assuming it is all original,any information will be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
