:Cat-Scratch: AGH! There are those weird which side is UP long service "ribbons" again-- notice where the green-white-blue versus blue-white-green stripes are between the X and the XV. Obviously the "X" could go either way, but there is only ONE way for the "XV" to be right side up.

You didn't place them the wrong way-- the Cubans did!

It's funny: all the medaals and cloth ribbon bars in boxes sgow green-white-blue riubbons, but so far these paper ribbon bars are blue-white green.
