I recently obtained postcard photos of (Bavarian?) General Zoellner and Generalmajor von Gersdorf and whilst trying to detail their individual careers I have run into a brick wall. I am hoping that some one might be able to provide me with the following information (all assistance gratefully received):

Date of Birth and death

Fianl wartime rank achieved and date

Final wartime command/position.

Kdr. 2. Bavarian Infantry Division: 8 Feb 1917 - ?

Kdr. 6. Bavarian Infantry Division: 20 Dec 1918 - 19 Jun 1919

Kom. Gen. III Bavarian Army Corps: 19 Jun 1919 - 28 Sep 1919

Generalmajor Ernst Freiherr von Gersdorff (1864-1926)
