Austria-Hungary Miniature Medal bar with religious medals

My friend has this Austrian Medal Bar with three religious medals. I now have better pics of the three medals. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

First the Medal Bar and the first Religious medal. the Reverse is plain.

i've always considered the remaining item in question (#1) to be a war donation or 'kriegsspende' type of item. i have a pinback version somewhere.

I believe the one with the yellow and blue ribbon to be connected to Pope Leo 13th

either for his election to the job, or it commemorates a visit and audience with the Pope in Rome.

A look through the Religious medal section on evil bay Italy might shed some light on it.
