After receiving an ek2-doc of an sergeant of the "Landwehr-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 31" I would like to ask for help, because I can't read the name: Does anyone of you could post me, who was in the rank of Oberst Commander of this unit in march 1916?

in March 1916 Oberst zD Windell was commander of LIR 31.
