I got some time ago nice set of Peruvian Navy insignia which was belonged to Jorge Bellina Eggerstedt - "Al Comandante General de la Escuadra, Contralmirante". Perhaps somebody at this forum knows information about him?

I suppose that there were not too many admirals in Peruvian Navy that time like there are not too many admirals now So perhaps it's known person.
