EK 1914 My little treat to myself for Xmas..

Gents,

I knew I couldn't completely go without buying some kind of militaria this Holiday Season. So, with a little help from my kind Sister in Law who got me a Gift Certificate, I decided upon adding my first EKII award document to my collection. It's a little tattered but none the less, it will display nicely as a backdrop to my 1914 EKII's. Thank you in advance to any assistance you can provide me in providing more info on the Awardee or Kommandeur is greatly appreciated!

My unit sources are at divisional level, so above that I can't locate units.
