Newest Find....WWI Iron Cross 2nd Class

My newest find and addition is this WWI 2nd Class Iron Cross that is Court Mounted (?). I believe that would be the correct term to use. I found the markings of "We" on the ring upon review with a 10x loop. One can also see that the ribbon bar is marked "DRP".

Might a froum member be able to identify the maker based on the mark found on the suspension ring?
