EK 1939 EKII mm "55" original?

New addition to my collection:

Magnetic core. Ring has Maker's Mark "55".

Does it look original to you guys? Edges seem a bit sharp...

This is my mm55.

I think it looks fine. But is has some denting arond the rimms wich i havent seen before.

I guess that must be it. I dont think the cross is wrong. I rather like it.

Possibly on an early monday morning in the workingplace, right afther the sch?tzenfest, someone took the big file, instead of the fine file.
