Need Help Identifying Hitler's Dank

I'm not sure if this falls uunder Third Reich or not. If not, please tell me where to post.

I have quite few medals and pins from my Father's collection of items he brought back from Germany after WWII. I have been able to identify most of the medals and pins, but not this one. I can find info on other "Hitler's Dank" pins, but not for "Gau Unterfranken 1933." Can anyone offer information on it? I am looking for the history of it and what the possible value is.
