Heer Help with a signature

This KvK1 w/ S doc is signed by the Generalintendent of Wehrkreisverwaltung XIII. I have found out that a Generalintendant Dr Adolf Deyrer was the holder of the office at the end of the war. Would this be his signature?

Yup, that's him. Will see what I can find on Rappl and post his army entry from Glenn's secret list if he was a Beamter in May 1939.

Oberzahlmeister with date of rank 1 May 1937 on Staff of Local Commandantur (Ortskommandantur) Regensburg.

Which means from his late 1944 rank designation he'd gone"TSD" and was wearing that insignia of a Captain-equivalent and no longer the "HV" Pay Corps insignia. Probably a former career 12 years enlistment NCO before being commissioned as a zahlmeister circa 1934/35.

Nope, that's a civilian Sorta-Captain from the Finance Ministry. We only have ARMY Beamten for 1939.
