Unknown Visor Cap

HI guys I picked this cap up today but I have no idea what it is. Any one know ? I have never seen the crossed Keys on any thing.

Some sort of courthouse or prisons official? Never seen the teeny swastika on Bavarian cockade before-- quite interesting.

I think its a merchant marine type cap

The piping is a Burgundy color. The photo I found shows the key in the logo for Norddeutscher Lloyd shipping line.

I have a couple per war pieces of service ware

a wine bottle coaster and a silver serving platter..

The similarity of jail keys here to that is accidental. The German merchant marine wore naval style dark blue and white naval pattern uniforms.

Rick is correct.

I did find a civilian german belt buckle with the crossed keys logo.

Civilian Locksmith visor cap, Hotel staff or security staff.
