Also the awards? On the back is a stamp of a photographer from Dresden.

Hello Vetinari:

As you most likely know and I am adding this explanation for the benefit of those viewers perhaps unfamiliar : Generalfeldmarschall von Hindenburg is greeting officers of the old imperial army. The insignia on the visor hat of the one officer indicates this photo as having been taken during the time of the Weimar Republic when Feldmarschall v.Hindenburg was the president. As to the identity of other officers: that is beyond me
