Unknown Iraqi Piece I just purchesed:

Here is a piece that I bought from an Iraqi Baghdad Dealer, The only thing I know about is that it is from the Iraqi Military of Fao Company for the city of Fao. Has the same type ray style like the wisam al Rafidain:

Does anyone have a complete set for this that I can view?????

It appears to be a badge to commemorate the opening / rebuilding of the Saddam Bridge connecting Fao to the mainland.
