Gefolgschaft Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 I don't like the somewhat crude swaz, thick arms and not symetric on these two.
Guest simbadjuly Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 Both could be fake but badges have more value for a military person. So don't laugh and insult of these types of badges.

Guest simbadjuly Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 (edited) but my friend its true. and we need to respect these types of things because our life and country is depend on it. Edited July 17, 2009 by simbadjuly
Mossy Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 Simbadjuly: What i believe Stu is refering to, is that these may not be the original badges awarded for accurate shooting, but rather copies made to decieve collectors. He is not saying shooting awards are not actual awards, but rather just these individual pieces. All the best,Sam.
Gold Party Pin Guy Posted July 21, 2009 Posted July 21, 2009 Indeed - both appear to be modern fakes. The sunken enamel, poor swastika and "fishy" blue glimmer to the enamel give them away. Back details of the gold one are particularly bad. The grind marks to the metal rings show poor finishing.
