Rendsburg Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 (edited) Hi Friends, All of us began to collect with reduced knowledge in the matters (in some cases, as it happened with me, without any knowledge), and for this reason, we ended for doing some crazyness of the which we were sorry bitterly later. Once I went possessor of a Mauser C96, embroidered, that in agreement with who sold me, it had belonged to the General Beck. Why don't I remember I made the great nonsense of sell her (for US$ 800!!!). I just possess this picture of terrible quality. I know that, few months later she had already been sold 3 times, the last for a German dealer that paid US$ 15,000 approximately. Today she is in some collection in Europe or in USA. Before her leaving Brazil, it was article of a specialized Brazilian magazine in weapons and, thanks to a friend ( our forum member, Douglas ), I can place better pictures. Have fun!
