FrontlineAntiques Posted June 14, 2009 Posted June 14, 2009 Hi ChapsHad this given today. My Grandad brought it back from his National Service days in the Berlin Airlift. He won it in a card game (there was also a Luger knocking around when my dad was a boy, shame that hasnt been passed down... )Both the belt and buckle are in lovely condition and fully maker marked. The belt is uncut.
FrontlineAntiques Posted June 14, 2009 Author Posted June 14, 2009 The buckle is maker marked to the rear - dont know the maker?Does anyone have a clue of date?
FrontlineAntiques Posted June 14, 2009 Author Posted June 14, 2009 The belt is short (c. 26") but hasnt been cut down. It is tabbed, and its clasp marked D&C.The tab is stamped - AAG TM 1941 - any ideas of what this means?
